Our Vision Acquire enough land (we’ve got it! ) to: Build a nature center building large enough to offer classes and hands on displays. We will offer a variety of classes for children of all ages. Create large naturalistic habitats for the wild animal ambassadors. Their presence and ability to display natural behaviors will help us understand their importance in the whole ecosystem. Develop a wildlife hospital where the injured and orphaned can be brought in and every attempt will be made to rehabilitate and release these animals in need. Establish nature trails where interactive signs will assist in learning about important topics such as tree identification and animal track identification. Find nature guides that will
be able to share with you their enthusiasm and knowledge of the great
outdoors. These people will not only answer questions about the flora and
fauna in the park but also be there during the planned overnight camping
stays, to answer all those nocturnal questions that only come up when the sun
has gone down.

Our MissionTo work towards the preservation of all wildlife and our heritage through rehabilitation and community education. We are the only group in the panhandle working to rehabilitate the orphaned and injured wildlife. We also offering educational classes to learn about the "native neighbors" we cohabitate with. We do have a larger picture in mind though. Please review the ‘Our Vision’ section below. Join us and help create a fantastic future for all generations to appreciate the beauty and purpose of all the wildlife and habitat of the great pacific north west. -IF YOU TALK TO THE ANIMALS THEY WILL TALK WITH YOU AND YOU WILL KNOW EACH OTHER. IF YOU DO NOT TALK TO THEM YOU WILL NOT KNOW THEM, AND WHAT YOU DO NOT KNOW YOU WILL FEAR. WHAT ONE FEARS ONE DESTROYS. -CHIEF DAN GEORG |
